Core Network Operation Engineer

1. Check both section & individual objectives regularly and commit to achieve them within the specified timeframes and the required efficiency.
2. Participate in conducting on the job training for other team members as needed.
3. Collaborate with other team members or departments to achieve the targeted objectives.
4. Implementation of core network design, new features and services according to the requirements.
5. Perform and supervise supplier intervention in installing and commissioning core network elements or features or services.
6. Prepare and apply acceptance test result for core network elements or features.
7. Prepare and apply traffic test scenarios for new core network elements.
8. Integrate new core network elements in coordination with the supplier.
9. Perform Cabling/Labeling tasks in core Sites for Core network elements within the cabinets.
10. Execute the work orders within the timeframe.
11. Check core network elements Performance and make the required action.
12. Apply security requirements (Hardware, Configuration, Administration) on core network elements.
13. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on core network Elements.
14. Coordinate with the supplier in the operation and maintenance on core network elements.
15. Make Data Collections from core network elements upon request form for troubleshooting and problem solving.
16. Solve customer complaints within the timeframe.
17. Checkup stock level to ensure the availability of minimum stock for Spare parts and accessories.
18. Inspect core network materials in warehouse, and request the needed items to be delivered to the Locations in safe and good conditions.
