Job Duties

  1. Search for new corporate customer and achieve target of new corporate accounts.
  2. Promote & sell company’s products & services to corporate customers and achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  3. Prepare the weekly & daily communicate plan (Visits & Calls) based on the customer classification, report all the visits information using the related system, and maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
  4. Register and update all the information related to customer and the information required by Marketing in the related database.
  5. Follow up all the requests & inquiries related to corporate customers under portfolio and ensure proper handling, responding, delivering the needed documents to the relevant section & closing on time.
  6. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction by applying effective follow up and escalating.
  7. Control, follow up,  report the credit issues and unpaid invoices to ensure proper closing with the customer and do what it takes to prevent debt.
  8. Suggest new corporate services, offers and products based on the corporate customer’s needs.
  9. Collect and report to Head of Section any new information regarding market situation & competitors offers.

Education

Diploma

Experience

3 years’ experience in sales or customer service is required preferably in telecom.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Good level in English and Microsoft Office is required.
