Dealers Sales Specialist

Job Duties

1. Carry out visits to sales dealers’ shops based on the approved visits plan to promote the products and services and provide the needed training and support for sales dealers to achieve the sales target.
2. Prepare and submit visit report to HOS timely.
3. Handle support requests received from sales dealers and follow up their implementation with Sales & CS Operations Support.
4. Manage sales dealers accounts and achieve the target of sales dealers’ network expansion in the market.
5. Collect information on market situation and competitor’s offers and submit relevant reports to HOS.
6. Conduct assessment for sales dealers’ performance and submit the results to HOS.
7. Guide sales dealers & mini-POSs on how to get the best offers, and maximum features from the product.
8. Ensure that the prices presented in the offers are correct.
9. Provide excellent service to sales dealers and ensure the availability of all WAFA products.
10. Follow up sales target achievement for sales dealers to ensure the achievement of the overall sales target, and the optimal spread of products.
11. Report the dealers’ violations cases of company policies in the areas under his responsibility to HOS.
12. Report dealers’ complaints to HOS and suggesting appropriate solutions.
13. Suggest new ideas to contribute in the development of the company's services.
14. Maintain up-to-date information of sales dealers.


At least diploma is required


One Year relevant experience is required, preferably in telecom sales.

Professional Certificates


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Good level in English and Microsoft Office is required.
