Drive Test Technician

1. Check both section & individual objectives regularly and commit to achieve them within the specified timeframes and the required efficiency.
2. Participate in conducting on the job training for other team members as needed.
3. Collaborate with other team members or departments to achieve the targeted objectives.
4. Conduct verification & integration for new lunched radio site, follow up with radio engineer & rollout subcontractor solving any dedicated and report verification results to radio engineer.
5. Conduct drive test to check radio site performance for network optimization purpose or solving customer complaints and report the result to radio engineer & radio HOS.
6. Responsible for maintaining the drive test equipment in good & safe working conditions and updating drive test tool peripherals tracking list according to their status.
7. Apply regular verification for drive test tool and report the results to radio HOS.
8. Check section & individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to corporate goals & objectives.
9. Participate to conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
