NOC Engineer

1. Report and follow up network fault alarms with the concerned technical units, and escalate not solved alarms to NOC “Network Operation Center” HOS and the concerned HOU.
2. Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly statistical reports about network fault alarms and send them to the concerned technical units.
3. Participate in critical operations affecting the performance of live network by ensuring immediate detection and reporting of fault alarms caused by actions implemented on the network.
4. Handle the requests received from technical units for testing hardware and modules and report the results to the requester.
5. Handle requests received from the authorized people from WAFA for checking subscriber's profile on HLR, tracking mobile handset on WAFA network.
6. Prepare Network Outage Report in coordination with the concerned technical units and send it to HOS.
7. Assist in preparing reports about network fault alarms and network general problems as requested from NOC HOS.
8. Check both section & individual objectives regularly and commit to achieve them within the specified timeframes and the required efficiency.
9. Participate in conducting on the job training for other team members as needed.
10. Collaborate with other team members or departments to achieve the targeted objectives.
