Job Duties

  1. Prepare quality assessment on a yearly basis, identify gaps and suggestions and send to Quality HOS for review.
  2. Participate in building QMS plan.
  3. Gather activities requirements from business owner, analyze, identify gaps and provide recommendation and design/ redesign QMS documents with reference to adopted standards and best practices.
  4. Manage QMS documents through all stages of their life cycle that covers documents’ creation, review, approval cycle, posting, maintenance and retrieval of obsolete versions.
  5. Trigger digital transformation of documented activities and participate in Developing business requirements.
  6. Conduct awareness to all concerned parties about newly published documents when needed.
  7. Maintain well organized, retrievable, readily identifiable QMS related records.
  8. Support System audit in audit preparation by providing them with needed documents and related QMS documents status.
  9. Review Org. Chart change requests, and job descriptions and provide recommendation.

Education

Bachelor’s degree is required

Experience

At least 2- year relevant experience is required

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Good level in English and Microsoft Office is required.
