Job Duties

  1. Identify innovative services and business opportunities to support new revenue growth for retail services.
  2. Collect the needed information in order to analyze the market and participate in setting the roadmap
  3. Assist in the preparation of the yearly forecast of potential number of customers for each assigned product per month in coordination with concerned parties.
  4. Prepare feasibility study for each new project related to retail service before adding it to the yearly roadmap.
  5. Check the feasibility of new retail services, participate in developing its best design and assist in managing and monitoring the implementation within timeline.
  6. Prepare evaluation forms, business cases and product descriptions for all new services related to service providers.
  7. Come up with initial design for retail service products and offers according to the approved roadmap.
  8. Prepare executive summary including full description, financial projections, and launching date for each new project in coordination with concerned parties.
  9. Prepare retail service detailed description for each new product or offer (ad hoc / planned in the roadmap).
  10. Review visuals, literature, brand name and slogan related to retail services and provide recommendations to HOS.
  11. Prepare correspondences for new / canceled retail services in coordination with concerned parties to be sent to SYTPRA.
  12. Prepare initial marketing plan for each approved retail service product or offer including communication plan, marketing discourses and activation plan.
  13. Prepare “marketing Briefs” documents including the advertisement campaign launchings date, suggested media plan, advertising messages and literature for each new project in coordination with concerned parties.
  14. Follow up and ensure the readiness of the commercial launching with all concerned parties to be finalized on time.
  15. Inform all concerned parties with the details of each new project related to retail service products / offers (description, launching date ...) and conduct awareness if needed.
  16. Test new services, monitor services content in terms of quality, quantity & timing, and recommend services termination.
  17. Update company short codes database and revenue sharing system.
  18. Send the list of short codes to concerned parties on monthly basis.
  19. Develop competitive customer experiences through reviewing and improving interactive channels.
  20. Monitor the performance of assigned product / offer related to retail services, ensure achieving the targets, suggest the necessary actions or enhancements when needed and prepare result report to management.
  21. Monitor the competitor new products, tariffs, offers, & activities, study their impacts and come up with appropriate competitive solutions.
  22. Build & maintain good business relationship with service providers and coordinate with them regarding new services, proposals, problem, & complaints.
  23. Handle customers’ complaints received by CS effectively and timely as per related policies & provide a complete and accurate feedback with proper solution.


Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration is required.


One year relevant experience is required.
