Job Duties

  1. Search for new VIP customers and achieve target of new VIP customers’ accounts.
  2. Promote & sell company’s products & services to VIP customers and achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  3. Prepare the weekly & daily communicate plan (Visits & Calls), report all the visits information using the related system, and maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales & communicate with VIP customers under portfolio in continuous manner based on the customer classification matrix.
  4. Register and update all the information related to customer and the information required by Marketing in the related database.
  5. Follow up all the requests & inquiries related to VIP customers under portfolio and ensure proper handling, responding & closing on time.
  6. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction by applying effective follow up and escalating.
  7. Suggest new services, offers and solutions to fulfill VIP customers’ needs.
  8. Control, follow up, report the credit issues and unpaid invoices to ensure proper closing with the customer and do what it takes to prevent debt.
  9. Register all the information related to customer, & the marketing required information in the related system, and ensure to be updated.
  10. Control, follow up, report the credit issues, unpaid invoices, & bad dept cases to ensure proper closing with the customer, and do what it takes to prevent debt.
  11. Collect and report to Head of Section any new information regarding market situation & competitors offers.

Education

At least diploma is required

Experience

3 years’ experience in sales or customer service is required preferably in telecom.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Good level in English and Microsoft Office is required.
