Job Duties

1. Analyze, design, implement, test and deploy new services and systems and integrate them with convergent billing system.
2. Develop new system with needed and approved SRS (Software requirement specifications).
3. Develop new modules on CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
4. Implement any protocol used by platforms when needed by billing and charging systems.
5. Integrate services channels, external parties and systems with billing and charging systems.
6. Develop services and systems monitoring processes (such as alarms, reports).
7. Generate reports related to business need controls such as error and refund reports.
8. Perform daily checks to ensure that all the services and relevant systems are functioning properly.
9. Solve customers' complaints received by Customer Service effectively and timely as per related policies and procedures and provide feedback about actions applied.
10. Maintain and update documentation for all applications and resources in the integration section.


Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent is required.


1 Year of relevant experience is required.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Good level in English and Microsoft Office is required.
