Job Duties

1. Analyze the results of drive test applied by radio technician to verify radio site objectives and radio network performance. 2. Verify with the concern parties’ the new radio site objective and proceed with optimization if required. 3. Monitor & analyze on a daily basis radio counters results, compare them to radio KPIs, request actions for optimization and improvement. 4. Update radio site information database on cell level after hardware modification. 5. Review radio cell parameters to solve radio performance issues or enhance radio network performance and prepare the related change request. 6. Request drive test from radio technician to verify customer complaint or check radio cell performance. 7. Prepare work order for software change, hardware modification, frequency tuning, parameter enhancement etc. to enhance coverage and capacity. 8. Participate in projects and critical changes such as new frequency plan, parameter enhancement etc. 9. Recommend adding/canceling/modifying new radio site that is still under construction based on network optimization requirements. 10. Review renewable energy solution's design and co-location request received from rollout section to ensure space clearance for radio site antennas. 11. Prepare monthly report about performed activities. 12. Recommend radio research to radio head of section, proceed with research studies and prepare detailed documentation. 13. Evaluate & test new specialized radio tools and provide the relevant support tasks. 14. Solve customer complaint received by customer service effectively and on time. 15. Provide customer service with complete and accurate feedback about the actions applied to solve the complaints. 16. Keep records about the corrective and preventive actions applied to solve customer's complaints. 17. Check section and individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to WAFA goals and objectives. 18. Participate to conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Telecom or Electronic engineering is required

2 years relevant experience is required

Good level in English and Microsoft Office is required.
