Job Duties

  1. Review the requirements of products, service, offer and software application and prepare the test scenarios.
  2. Implement the test and prepare the report of test results.
  3. Conduct root cause analysis of problems and incidents related to information systems and follow up of the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
  4. Participate in the review of product, service and offer design and software application requirements, and provide feedback to help in preventing potential causes of problems.
  5. Research for new testing techniques and automated solutions and submit the proposal to HOS.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent

Experience

At least 1-year relevant experience is required.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Good level in English and Microsoft Office is required.
