Prepare new radio site nominal plan by using planning tool, conduct site survey & microwave survey, and produce radio site's design document.
Study the feedback received form Sites Acquisition and Rollout Unit about under construction new radio sites to check and apply the required modification on radio site's design document.
Produce new radio site database relevant to rollout weekly plan and projects, hardware & software configurations.
Analyze the results of drive test applied by radio technician to verify radio site objectives and radio network performance.
Review radio cell parameters to solve radio performance issues or enhance radio network performance and prepare the related change request.
Participate in projects and critical changes such as new frequency plan, parameter enhancement etc.
Review renewable energy solution's design and co-location request received from rollout section to ensure space clearance for radio site antennas.
Prepare monthly report about performed activities.
Recommend radio research to HOS, proceed with research studies and prepare detailed documentation.
Evaluate & test new specialized radio tools and provide the relevant support tasks.
Solve customer complaint received by customer service effectively and on time.
Provide customer service with complete and accurate feedback about the actions applied to solve the complaints.
Keep records about the corrective and preventive actions applied to solve customer's complaints.
Check section and individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to WAFA goals and objectives.
Participate to conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Telecom or Electronic engineering is required
Experience
Two years relevant experience is required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Good level in English and Microsoft Office is required.
