Job Duties

  1. Contribute in the development of WAFA advertising image with regards to concepts, layouts and designs.
  2. Discuss with the request’s owner the concept, look & feel of the visual design and determine the message that the design should portray.
  3. Interpret concepts & ideas into visual designs, graphics & layouts that satisfies approved creative brief to be used in WAFA advertisements and events to deliver WAFA message to all customers.
  4. Prepare draft of visual designs (first submission) based on the agreed creative brief, suggesting improvement if required considering deliver message creatively.
  5. Adapt & resize all graphic designs according to WAFA templates and produce work as per preset media plan & delivery dates.
  6. Present visual graphic designs for owner feedback, amend final design according to owner comments and incorporate changes recommended.
  7. Prepare designs in terms of printing specifications and ensure materials are printed to the highest quality, color separations are according to preset specifications & deadlines.
  8. Review visual designs before publishing in terms of size, color and quality.
  9. Keep and maintain submissions & approved graphic designs on shared folder.


Bachelor’s degree, preferably in fine art / graphic design


1 year of graphic design experience is required.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Good level in English and Microsoft Office is required.
