Job Duties

  1. Conduct market analysis, prepare drafted roadmap and send to HOS for review and update.
  2. Prepare feasibility study for each new product / offer and send to HOS for review and update.
  3. Come up with initial design for products & offers according to the approved roadmap and send to HOS for review and update.
  4. Prepare executive summary for approved offers / Products including a full description, financial projection & launching date for each new product / offer (planned / ad hock) and send to HOS for approval and HOU for final.
  5. Prepare marketing briefs document including the advertisement campaign, launching date, suggested media plan, advertising message and send to HOS for review and update.
  6. Prepare product description document and share it with concerned parties after HOS final approval.
  7. Prepare SYTPRA correspondence and send to HOS for approval.
  8. Follow up with concerned parties to ensure the readiness of the commercial launching on time.
  9. Inform all concerned parties with the details of each project / product and conduct awareness when needed.
  10. Develop competitive customer experience through building, reviewing & improving the touch points and send proposed suggestions to HOS for review & update.
  11. Monitors the performance of products / offers and ensure achieving the target and suggest the needed corrective actions and report results to HOS for review and update.
  12. Monitors competitors’ new products, prices, actions… & come up with initial appropriate competitive solution and send to HOS for review.
  13. Suggest the needed surveys & analyze survey results and send recommendation to HOS for review.
  14. Handle and analyze the implementation of loyalty and retention marketing programs.
  15. Monitor the churn percent & work to minimize it as possible in cooperation with concerned parties and report results to HOS.
  16. Check and handle complaints channeled by Sales & Customer Service Dept. timely & effectively.


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is required.


1-year experience in Marketing is preferable.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Good level in English and Microsoft Office is required.
