Job Duties

  1. Search for suitable locations for technical sites and company premises as received request.
  2. Negotiate with landlords to acquire location.
  3. Coordinate and follow up with landlords to get needed formal documents.
  4. Coordinate with concerned from Legal & Regulatory Affairs Unit to build contacts and follow up the needed signatures and approvals.
  5. Follow up obtaining all installation and security approvals timely.
  6. Coordinate with concerned from other units in case of complaints by landlord, neighbors.
  7. Coordinate with concerned from other units in case there is a need to change equipment location or a need to add new equipment.
  8. Follow up with concerned from Legal Section with regard to contracts renewals and in case any modification needed
  9. Coordinate and follow up with Public Power Utility the requests of power meter installation and maintenance and implementation of any other request
  10. Build professional relationship with the landlords and the public and private entities within the scope of Site Acquisition Unit.
  11. Prepare expense reports and invoices and send to HOS.


Diploma is required


1 year experience in the same domain is preferable

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Good level in English and Microsoft Office is required.
